Returns

SewFan will accept returns on items that are in unused and original condition, within 30 days of your purchase. Your return will be refunded to your original payment method if it is received within this time frame. Returns received after 30 days will be issued store credit.

All shipments should be sent via a trackable shipping method to the address provided and include a copy of your invoice or your email order confirmation. Please circle the items you are including in the box. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the items received were damaged or there was an error in the shipment. Please contact us at sewteam@sewfan.com to report any issues.

Shipping

SewFan ships within the fifty United States and is unable to ship internationally at this time. Complimentary standard shipping will be offered for all orders over $50. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is a $5 flat rate. UPS Next Day Air Saver is offered and the price is calculated based on the total weight of your order. The fee starts at $25. 

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of their order date. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. 

UPS Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed by 4:30pm the following business day. Please note that express orders placed by 12pm EST will ship the same business day and UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
